Helping You Get Better
Whether you come to our facility for surgical recovery or for medical rehabilitation our occupational and physical therapists will help you to achieve your highest possible level of function and independence. We offer the full spectrum of rehabilitation treatment for injuries and other conditions. This includes rehabilitation from hip and knee fractures, dislocations or replacements, shoulder surgeries, and other orthopedic conditions. Our therapists are also trained in treating strokes and cardiac conditions.
Restorative Program
We also have a restorative program to assist our residents in making the transition from daily intensive therapy to requiring less assistance. We will help you recover in the shortest possible time because we know your goal is to return home as soon as you can. We provide one-to-one treatment and offer an individualized set of goals to be achieved for a safe return to home. We also provide family training and education to help your family and friends become a source of support in your recovery.
